Pain Management at Aultman Orrville Hospital

The Aultman Orrville Center for Pain Management is a multidisciplinary clinic that utilizes comprehensive services to help patients manage chronic pain. The focus of this clinic is to maximize both the physical and psycho-social functioning of the chronic pain patient. The Aultman Orrville Center for Pain Management treats several types of pain, such as acute and chronic back pain, headaches, fibromyalgia, myofascial and neuropathic and cancer pain.

Treatment for these and other conditions often times require pain injections or nerve blocks in addition to medications to diagnose, improve function, and decrease pain. In general, narcotic medication is reserved only for those patients suffering from cancer pain and/or acute pain (e.g. broken leg). Patients are seen on a physician referral basis only.
