You may voice your complaints / grievances without fear of discrimination or reprisal. We welcome your comments and/or suggestions on improving our services to better meet your needs. Any of the staff serving you can convey your comments or concerns to the appropriate personnel.
We will take prompt action and make every effort to resolve your complaint/grievance. Formal complaints or grievances should be directed to the Risk Manager at 330.684.4714 who will initiate the Grievance Procedure. If you are not satisfied at that point, you may contact the State Agency listed below.
