T.E.A.M. Training (Together Everyone Achieves More) is a boot camp style class for intermediate/advanced exercisers who are looking for a group setting to encourage and challenge each other to higher levels of health & wellness. The class format will include group training drills/challenges and end with individual workouts to enhance each person’s specific goals/needs.
Tuesday & Thursday 5:30-6:15pm
Well Fit &Balance Class is designed for those who wish to improve strength and hand/eye coordination to increase balance for activities of daily living.
Tuesday and Thursday 9:00–9:45am
Functional & Fit Classis designed to help improve and enhance normal daily function in the older adult to perform activities of daily living with ease.
Monday & Wednesday 10:15-11:00am
Strength and Conditioningis for high school and collegiate athletes to enhance sports specific performance by focusing on speed, agility, plyometrics and strength.
Monday - Thursday 3:30 - 4:25PM
Athletic Edgeis for middle school athletes to provide an off-season/pre-season training program and prepare athletes for their upcoming season while accomplishing goals/objectives which give athletes an “athletic edge”.
Monday - Thursday 4:00 - 4:55PM
Tai Chi Program FREE Demo, through the Arthritis Foundation, is designed for those who want to learn Tai Chi. This program utilizes easy and progressive techniques to increase and individuals health and wellness. Benefits include: increased flexibility, mind-body awareness and decreased pain associated with arthritis.

Arthritis Foundation Exercise Program that gives people with arthritis the opportunity to participate in a recreational group activity that may improve their sense of well-being.
