Lose-A-Ton/Win-A-Ton is a contest to improve health and fitness! Obesity is the second leading active cause of death in the U.S., right behind tobacco use. We can do better.

Growing Healthy Habits Champion Award

Growing Healthy Habits ChampionOrrville resident, Thad Tillison was recently honored as 2019's Growing Healthy Habits Champion. The award was presented to him by Dr. Andrew Naumoff, co-chair of the Growing Healthy Habits Coalition.

The Growing Healthy Habits Champion award acknowledges and recognizes the important contributions of a community member toward inspiring others to make healthy living choices. Nominations are made by members of the community. The $250 award is presented as a donation to a not-for-profit organization or charity of the recipient's choosing.

Orrville Walks

Join your friends, neighbors and co-workers as they walk/run their way to fitness each Thursday! 

Aultman Orrville Hospital, Growing Healthy Habits, Heartland Point and the Orrville Safety Council have partnered with local businesses to make walking fun. Check-in each week to be eligible to win prizes donated by local businesses and organizations. 

Orrville Walks is pet friendly. Register your four-legged friends to walk with you! 

Orrville Walks Fun Run 5K

Registration is now open for the Sept. 21 Orrville Walks Run Run 5K. A new 1 Mile Walk and Kids' Fun Run have been added this year, so community members of all ages and fitness levels can participate. For details and registration information, please click here. 

This year's race has a new location and a new course. The out-and-back course begins and ends at Aultman Orrville Hospital. We hope to see you on September 21, 2019!
