Our programs are geared to building healthier families through education and physical activities. 


2020 Lose-A-Ton/Win-A-Ton

If your goal is to improve your health and fitness in 2020, jumpstart your success by joining the annual Lose-a-Ton/Win-a-Ton team contest. The Growing Healthy Habits Coalition, based at Aultman Orrville Hospital, is reaching out to challenge teams to successfully meet their weight-loss goals in order to be entered to win a grand prize drawing of $2,000. Click here for details.

Growing Healthy Habits Champion Award

‚ÄčNominations Now Being Accepted for Healthy Champion Award

The Growing Healthy Habits Coalition is now accepting nominations for the 2020 Dr. Andrew Naumoff Healthy Habits Champion. The recipient of the award receives a $250 donation to a not-for-profit organization or charity of their choosing. Any community member or local employee is eligible for the award, and nominations may be made by anyone who knows the candidate. Nominees are evaluated based on:

  • The impact of the person’s commitment to being healthy
  • Their personal or public efforts to enhance the quality of life in the greater Orrville community
  • Evidence they choose healthy habits and strive to make lives healthier for others

Previous recipients include Dr. Naumoff, Marilyn Mahoney, Bob Witner, Dr. Jason Suppan, Robert Hornstrom, Keith Workman, Karrie McAllister, Heather Dean, Jenni Reusser, Sherry Legget and Thad Tillison. 

Nominations will be accepted until Feb. 7, 2020. The recipient of the award will be notified by March 1, 2020, and the grand prize will be presented at the annual chamber banquet.
