Aultman Orrville Sports & Wellness Offers Summer Classes

Aultman Orrville Sports & Wellness has classes available this summer for people of all fitness levels. Classes are held at the Aultman Orrville Sports & Wellness facility at 365 S. Crown Hill Road., and fitness memberships are not required to register. The summer schedule, which includes June and July, offers four separate classes:



TEAM Training
Together Everyone Achieves More is a boot camp-style class for intermediate to advanced exercisers who are looking to encourage and challenge each other in a group setting. The class format includes group-training work and individual workouts to meet each person’s specific goals and needs. Classes meet each week at the following times:

  • Tuesday and Thursday from 10-10:45 a.m. and 5:30-6:15 p.m.
  • Wednesday and Friday from 9:15-10 a.m.

Strength & Conditioning
For high school and collegiate athletes looking to take their performance to the next level, Strength & Conditioning class uses training principles to promote optimal athletic performance. Strength and Conditioning class uses Kinetic Chain Training, which focuses on exercising the entire body to improve athletic movement limitation. Classes meet each week at the following time:

  • Monday and Wednesday from 11 a.m.-12:15 p.m.

Athletic Edge
Athletic Edge is for middle school athletes – ages 12 to 14 – to build a solid foundation through strength and conditioning principles prior to high school competition. The class focuses on improving speed, agility, quickness, coordination, strength and conditioning. Athletic Edge can better prepare athletes for the upcoming season. Classes meet each week at the following time:

  • Tuesday and Thursday from 11 a.m.-12:15 p.m.

Fit, Fun and Functional
For individuals 60 and older, Fit, Fun and Functional class works to improve strength, endurance, flexibility, mobility and balance. The goal is to be functionally fit for activities of daily living and/or recreational activities. Using a group setting, participants can encourage one another and challenge themselves based on their ability. Individual exercise time is also included to meet each participant’s needs. Classes meet each week at the following time:

  • Tuesday and Thursday from 9-9:45 a.m.
